upwards, we were on our way to Bolivia, a land of many extremes. Known as the Tibet of South America, the western half sitting on a plateau around thirteen thousand foot up. Home to the largest salt flats in the world, and we’d also just got it into our heads that we wanted to head into the Amazon basin for a while. First though was the lakeside resort of Copacabana, where we’d arranged to catch up once again with Andie and our old mate Cheeky Phil!! Uh-oh……!!
