SALAR DE UYUNI DAY TWO
Well that was pretty much it for the day then, our accommodation here was definitely the most basic of the tour, and the greasy chips and cold fried egg that Hel and I got for tea wasn’t so great either, but the place had the added bonus of a shop, so us and Fiona immediately went and bought them out of wine. We had a good few drinks and laughs that night and even at one point got so rowdy that we managed to upset a bunch of Israelis by making too much noise!! Oh how we laughed at the boot being on the other foot for a change!! The wine helped cancel out the saggy beds with springs sticking out of the mattresses, and pretty soon it was time to get up for another day of surreal alien landscapes.
