After our pint in the sun and the hundreds of restaurants we had seen, the Robster was getting hungry, the veggie choice is excellent by the way and we had decided that we were going to treat ourselves to a meal so it was a tuff choice to decide what to eat. There was a Chinese about 100 yards from our apartment with proper Chinese chefs, so what more could we do but go check it out. We ordered, we both had soup for starters, I had spinach and tofu and Rob had some seafood thingy and I have never in my life seen a bowl of soup as big as the ones we were served - we both just looked at each other in a sort of ‘oh my god’ kind of way and got stuck in. It would have been enough to feed 4 people the amount we got, so we were a little concerned about the size of the rest of the stuff we had ordered!
After a valiant effort on the eating front and helped by the fact that the food was absolutely
delicious we staggered out of there feeling about 2 stone heavier! We were both in need of a walk to help aid digestion, I think we must have lapped the whole of the old town at least once!

We also had the pleasure of being here whilst it was Tallinn Old Town Festival, this years theme was Creativity in every second - it is amazing and brilliant that Estonia has moved so quickly and so forgivingly after its turbulent times through Soviet occupation. The old town was bustling with life, there were loads of things going on, a main musical stage in the Old Town sq, loads of stalls dotted around, the whole place just buzzing with creative effort.
