grateful. Feeling in great spirits we had a boogie until the legendary Mongolian moon rises appeared over the mountains. I have never seen anything so beautiful, it felt very very special standing there watching the moon peep over the mountains and display itself in such a beautiful fashion. I think everybody on our trip was affected by the beauty of the place, I can’t put into the words the way it made you feel but I feel so privileged to have witnessed such a fantastic spectacle of nature.

With very sad hearts we packed up our belongings and were on the move again, this time we were off to the capital Ulaanbataar. A small city of many contrasts, we both liked the place and had a great afternoon, we visited the summer palace and then the Mongolian history museum which was fascinating then met up with the other for dinner. We went to a charity restaurant which give money to the street kids and

believe you me do they need it, we were all very tired so we all due an early night so made our way back to our basic style hotel for a sound nights sleep before the next part of our adventure - China!

It has to be said that we are finding it very difficult to keep up with the diary as things are pretty busy so I’m sure you’ll all be delighted to hear that the diary part from now onwards will probably to very short and sweet!!!
