FLåM
train gets near to Flam it paps it horn and the echo is mad, Rob says its like a reverb, just incredible, it goes on for what seems like forever.
Got to our campsite and have fallen in love with our little cabin, it’s wicked, surprise surprise there’s photos! So we’re back to being self-sufficient which is really nice. Hotels and getting your food cooked for you is good but I do feel a lot more at home in somewhere like this and let’s face it Rob is as good as any chef!
Got up this morning to a lovely warm sunny day so after breakfast we headed off on a walk to the Brekkefossen waterfall. We had already got endless amounts of photos but we wanted to get close up and personal with it, after a very very steep climb we got to it, I don’t think I have ever seen a waterfall so big,

check out the pics. Had a spot of lunch there and chilled for a while. Now we’re back in the cabin and about to have a curry - life is good!
Awoke to it absolutely chucking it down, it had rained for most of the night and boy when it rains its no half hearted measure that’s for sure. Undeterred and fully waterproofed we were ready for the might of the Norwegian wind and rain, hired a couple of bikes and went for a cycle part way round the fjord! Then checked out the Flamsbana railway museum, and now Rob is packing. We’re off to Oslo tomorrow and are looking forward to meeting up with Cath and Andy, got to be on the first train outer here so an early start is required! Tough life in-it hee-he!
