CHENGDU
We arrived back at the hotel, chilled for a bit then went out for our last meal with Greg, we went to a Ma-po Tofu restaurant as this is the speciality of the area, not being great fans of the dish we weren’t sure if we’d like it but wow it was delicious - they sure don’t make it like that in Manchester!!! We had to have an early night as we were up at the crack of dawn so we could catch our early morning flight to Lhasa! There was just the 4 of us off to Lhasa, Anna and Jesse were equally as excited about Tibet as we were so there was good spirits around - apart from the having to get up at 5.00 a.m.!
