MOUNT COOK
Bongo! We planned to do the Tasman Glacier walk and get a shower at the local traveller shelter before we headed off for good. The Tasman Glacier walk was fantastic, it wasn’t quite as impressive as the previous days walk but it was still really good. We also checked out the Blue Lakes. We didn’t want to open it as it was quite late, so I asked ‘who is it?’ and we heard a female voice saying ‘oh you have to help us’ and I said ‘erm why?’ they said ‘you have to help us, because we have an animal in our car’ and said ‘what kind of animal’ and they said ‘oh we don’t know, we just heard something and we were scared’, we both looked at each other in a slightly confused manner and said ‘what do you want us to do about it’ they said ‘get it out’ so I said ‘I’m sorry we are in bed and we can not help you’!!! It was very strange and my heart was pounding, we couldn’t quite work out what was going on, it
