THE PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY
we stay there, so with that we promptly decided to see if we could change the plans and give ourselves an extra day between LA and San Francisco. We grabbed the laptop found a wifi coffee bar and called the Big Sur campsite to see if we could change our booking to a day later - result! Our first hurdle was over, we then spent a few frantic hours re-arranging everything and ended up having to change hotels in San Francisco. En-route back to the car we stumbled across a farmers market which was opening on the main street. The smell of the mostly organic fruit and vegetables were great and the samples on offer were just superb! We bought a few bits and bobs and were pleased by the fact that we would be here this time next week and could experience it again only this time with the Ditchfield Clan! Another chilled night was spent with some
