NEW SOUTH WALES
nearby town to use the internet, which was probably more of an excuse to have a sit down than anything!! The weather had started to get a little cloudier, but in the afternoon we went to the very end of the peninsular where there was a walk around the cliffs, which were pretty high at some points. The start was a stroll though the gum forest, where we met up with some more delightful marsupials - unfortunately though as we headed around the cliffs the weather had really taken a turn for the worse, and we walked the last mile or so in a blowing gale and driving rain!!!! This is a narrow hole in the rocks where the sea blasts through when the conditions are right, and shoots up to 60 meters into the air! Thankfully the conditions were not bad, and although we didn’t see spurts quite that big they were still quite impressive to see, and definitely lifted our spirits!! The weather had picked up as well, so we had a look at the rest of the beaches around the bay, including one which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!!! We had a quick look at Wreck Bay, which is the
