MENDOZA
about the great white continent. It had been an incredible day and one where nothing can or does go wrong - they don’t happen that often but its great when they do. We were in very high spirits by the time we said our goodbyes to Doris, Jacob and Mrs Doris and we left with vague plans to hopefully meet up in Africa. We walked back to our hostel and Mendoza was buzzing, there was a street fashion show going on and the usual busy and very lively park. South Americans really know how to use their parks and plazas, they are always full and very are sociable places. There are not many parts of the world where you can sit and chill and feel completely safe in a inner city park at midnight! But here these places are alive and buzzing, they really are great.
The next day we watched Chelsea’s magnificent win with fisty-cuffs at the Carling Cup Final. Another trophy for my boys and my footballing

Seeing as I’d not partaken in beer with the football I decided to do what South Americans do and head off to the park in the afternoon and read my book. It was a lovely sunny afternoon and I spent a pleasant couple of hours sat by the fountains engrossed in my book! It is such a pleasant way to spend an afternoon, especially a Sunday!
Now Africa was very much in our plans we decided to make use of our wifi internet and do some research about where and what we were going to do on our 7th and last continent. Rob also wrote a diary while we juggled the computer between us! We also decided that we would hang around Jo’burg or surrounding area so that Mike could come and do Kruger with us. We also
