excepted and after that we started to head back to the camp, by this point we were both getting very sore backsides and weren’t too disappointed when we saw the camel camp in the distance! Safety back at camp we dismounted, mine didn’t really want to lie down but she did so eventually, we both managed to stay on and with feet firmly back on the ground went back to the tent for a shower before dinner, which was to be served by the swimming pool at around 8.30p.m.! We were also informed that there would be entertainment for us around 8.00 p.m. and shown where to meet for this!

We were a bit unsure of the entertainment but thought ah well, it’s not very often you get personal entertainment in the desert! In fact the entertainment was great, there was a group of around 8 people, a few people drumming, one main singer a little girl dancer and her mother who was also a dancer, it was all t
raditional Indian music, song and dance. How special did it feel to be sat there having a beer under the desert stars listening to some incredible live beautiful music? Very enchanting!. We were also ushered to our feet to dance during one the songs by the mother of the little girl dancer, we did our best but I don’t think we possessed quite the right style to be offered a permanent role in their dancing troupe!!! We both could have sat there for hours listening to those traditional songs but dinner was ready and we were escorted to our table by our very own personal butler!

We thought this place couldn’t get any better but the swimming pool and bar area looked fantastic! All lit up and we could see our candle lit table which was set up so it overlooked the town of Osiyan below.
